Our orders are made for each customer! Sad Dad individually designs each item to have uniqueness and high quality. With this being said, for any custom order of any kind, in the US takes about 1 week to be made, and gets shipped out the following week that it was made. Overall, all US orders take about 1 to 2 weeks to finish and ship out! If you place an order that is not a custom, and you directly buy it, shipping usually takes only a week and your order should arrive in 2-5 business days. With every order you make, after the order is shipped out, a tracking number will be provided to you via the email you use under payment.

Refunds

As for our return policy, if your item is clothing and does not fit, or you need a different size, no worries! Just give us an email with the email you had paid under and we can have a new size sent to you with no extra fee, and you can still keep the product and possibly give it to a buddy, an Emo Bud—your dog maybe. Our main aim is to make sure our customers are satisfied with their orders.

If you place any order that is any kind of custom and it is not what you asked for (which should never occur do to our new set up for customs) But if this were to happen, we are happy to refund you your money back to to the card that was used for your payment, and allow you to replace an order if you would like. As well, we will throw in free shipping to any refunds that ever occur.

A refund can also occur whenever a payment has not been fully processed. If payment was sent to us, but not recieved in a total of ten days, then the order is refunded to the Customer. Payment, of course, has to be processed before any items are shipped out. Thank You!

CUSTOM ORDERS

Any custom orders that are placed must be sent through to our brand’s email, or to our brand’s instagram account. Please be aware that the policy for custom orders is ‘first come, first served.’ Meaning, there will always be some kind of waiting list. With this being said, keep in mind if you put in for a custom order, there most likely is orders that were ahead of yours.

Custom orders do take a significant amount of time to create so Sad Dad can make sure each and every product is what you desire to have! Sweet Keef always wants to make sure your ideas and visions are fully fulfilled. the time frame in which your custom ordered would be finished and shipped out ranges from 2-4 weeks in the states.

Our brand is open to many custom order ideas, but keep in mind that we can also deny custom order requests if the request is offensive towards race, gender, sexuality, or supports any hate crimes or organizations.
